The Kilmokea Coach House
Accommodation:
The Coach house accommodates up to 9 guests and the rental price per night is for 9 guests. The House sits amidst Heritage Gardens and contains a mix of exciting and unusual features. The ground floor contains a large Drawing room/Kitchen with a wonderfully high vaulted ceiling housing the Minstrel’s Gallery. It has a kitchen which is equipped to the highest standards with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and washing machine .
The Coach House has a colour TV, Video and a CD music system, oil-fired central heating and an inset stove.
Upstairs there are two large bedrooms The ‘Orchard’ room with a King bed & two single beds and en-suite bath & shower room and ‘the Tulip Suite’ a large master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bath & shower room. A set of double doors leads you into a triple bedroom looking out over the walled gardens. Utilities are not included in the price, but are charged at cost.
The rate of €270 per night is for the full Coach House, which can accommodate up to nine guests.

The Gardens:
The Kilmokea Gardens are seven acres. They are open to visit with food garden delights, forest bathing in the woodland and the relaxation of the warm wall garden
THE CONSERVATORY CAFE AND GARDENS ARE OPEN WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY & Bank Holiday Mondays from 27th March to 3rd November 2024
FROM 30th AUGUST THE CONSERVATORY CAFE IS OPEN SATURDAY AND SUNDAY serving organic food 10am to 5pm.
Wellness:
This unique indoor pool area is offered to guests from early April to the 1st November.
The indoor swimming pool is heated and is from 27 to 30 degrees. We offer guests a complimentary exclusive hour daily. Guests are NOT charged to use the pool and are asked to respect this lovely space. The sauna and jacuzzi may be reserved during the pool reservation. There is a charge for these. These are all situated in a beautiful stone building surrounding a sun terrace. An all weather tennis court and croquet lawn complete these facilities which are a ‘Residents only’ sanctuary.
Jacuzzi or Sauna bookings are offered within your pool booking time. Jacuzzi @€15.00 & Sauna @€25.00 per group session.
QiGong, Garden Meditation, a Guided Tour of the Food Garden followed by Lunch or a Guided Forest Bathing, Shinrin Yoku may all be reserved in advance for groups. Rates for these Kilmokea Experiences may be found on our website.
